Adrienne Esposito has spent her career doing what she does best; connecting people, building community, and helping businesses grow. A long-time Treasure Valley resident, she is deeply committed to seeing small businesses thrive, both as a WaFd VP & Branch Manager who matches owners with the right financial solutions, and as a passionate volunteer and advocate for several nonprofit organizations she is proud to serve.

But Adrienne's impact doesn't stop at the branch door. A champion for women in business, she shows up for her community in ways that go far beyond banking, fostering connection, collaboration, and opportunity for women who are building something of their own. Her dedication to small business success, women's empowerment, and the greater Treasure Valley community makes her a natural fit and valued member of WITA.

About WITA

The Women in Trades Alliance was founded by women who know what it takes to build a thriving trade business. Our mission is to connect, support, and empower women who are passionate about their craft, their community, and lifting each other up. Through training in marketing, financial strategy, business development, and more, we give our members the tools they need to grow with confidence and dominate in what they do best.
